Gift Shop and World Garden Nursery

The gift shop offers glossy Lullingstone & World Garden Guidebooks, postcards, brochures and Tom’s two books – The Cloud Garden & An Englishman’s Home. We also offer local handmade gifts including wooden bowls, Lullingstone soaps made with flowers from the garden and unique writing pens made from Lullingstone Tudor timber from the recent restoration in the Gatehouse. The nursery stocks a wide selection of unusual plants supplied by Ivy Hatch Plant Supplies (mail order service available) and of course some grown by Tom himself. There is also the Lullingstone World Garden seeds range.

The World Garden is accessible by wheelchair or mobility scooter except for the polytunnels.

The ground floor of the House is accessible by wheelchair or mobility scooter but the first floor is not. There are 27 steps up to the first floor.

The Church is also accessible.

Wheelchairs are available upon request and there are concessions available for those with a disability. Carers have free entry at all times with a paying disabled visitor.

Guide dogs only.

With regret, we do not currently have guide books available in large print.
