Opening Times

Lullingstone is open on Fridays (except Good Friday), Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays between 1st April 2017 and the end of September, Sundays only in October.

World Garden Open:
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays plus Bank Holiday Mondays: 12 noon - 5pm (for selected Special Events we open at 11am). Last entry to the Garden is at 4:30pm. 

House Open (April - September):
Only at 2pm. For a guided tour (45 minutes) every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (except bank holiday weekends and events - see below). No prior booking required. However, to take the free guided tour please collect a sticker on arrival, bearing in mind we do have a cap on the number of visitors we can accommodate on our tour due to guiding procedures - Thank you for your understanding.

The House is open on Bank Holiday Weekends and Events for free flow entry at 11am. Visitors at their leisure are able to view until last entry to the house at 4:30pm.

House & Garden - October Open:

We are open on Sundays only 12 noon – 5pm. A House tour is only at 2pm and Garden tour at 3pm – both tours take approx. 45 mins. 

Private Tours:
The House and Garden also open for pre-booked guided groups (min 20 people) on Wednesdays & Thursdays by arrangement (see under Group Visits).

Guide Dogs only

For Special Events only the admission charge is £10 per adult and children under 15 are FREE entrance (See our events page for full details)

We have two 2 for 1 schemes and one 50% CPRE offer that can be used on any visit except for events days.

  • We offer English Heritage members a 2 members for 1 offer. Please note that this does not apply to corporate membership.
  • We also offer members of the Campaign to Protect Rural England 50% off the standard ticket price. 
  • We also participate in the 2 for 1 Gardeners' World offer.

Free entry to the following three groups except for events days.

  • Historic Houses Association (HHA)
  • British Cactus and Succulent Society (BCSS)
  •  Australasian Plant Society (APS)
