Sarah Hart Dyke The driving force behind the House, Mum is truly inspirational. Granny Tom’s horticultural inspiration and in her 94th year still gardening strong with fork in hand. Sylvia Halls Met through Crokenhill WI, Sylvia started working alongside Tom in late spring 2005. Sylvia is responsible for developing the hard landscaping, including the creation of the nursery and water feature. Sarah Crockford Responsible for all of the World Garden labelling - a difficult and labour intensive job. Adrian The first and original helper, beginning in April 2005, Adrian is responsible for getting the weeding under control in 2006.  He takes on the hard graft and heavy physical gardening jobs, including the building of the Mongolian mountains. Andrea An all round team member, Andrea gives Garden tours and is always up for a laugh. Vikki Rimmer Responsible for PR and Tom’s publicity Vikki and Tom have worked together since 2004. Vikki knows every story behind every plant and rock. Guy Hart Dyke The Estate Manager and responsible for the day-to-day running of the Castle. Anya Hart Dyke or 'Bristles', champion weeder and most supportive sister....ever. Jim Buttress Holder of the RHS Victoria medal of honour – Jim is literally a foundation stone in the development of the World Garden, working alongside Tom since 2005. Jim organises the annual plant fair and day-to-day activities. Jo Ebner Jo is a great team member who chips in enthusiastically, and is a champion potter-upper of prickly plants. Iris and Alan Chapman A great couple who work enthusiastically alongside Tom, keeping the weeds under control. Iris and Alan are great communicators. Ben The only teenager in the gang, Ben is willing to sweat it out, getting covered in mud as he quite literally gets ‘stuck in’.
